I had NSD tonight, and it seriously kicked my ass. My legs didn't feel that tired, but they were. I was a little worried when I started to feel fatigued three things into the workout. I still have a hockey game tonight, and I'm a little afraid.

To make things interesting*, I had an aneurysm and intensive brain surgery at 32. Fire at the Monte Carlo
