You might enjoy reading if you like to read about life in Canada, sports, travel, brain issues, books, randomness or the environment. To make things interesting*, I had an aneurysm and intensive brain surgery at 32. If you can relate at all, or are curious about thoughts from a damaged brain, read on. *If that's not the reason, then I am still searching for it.

Nellie Hockey Game 1
I'm winding down after my first game of the season with Nellie. Nellie has been playing for a month or more, but I have been out of town for work and ultimate. I'm not going to lie, I felt a bit like an ultimate player dressed up in hockey gear. We lost 0-5. I did really enjoy the game though. I knew it was going to be fun from first few steps in the area, when my buddy (and now our coach!) Murray said, "Hey, your back, how was it? where have you been, you are SO benched". I appreciated :) Next game is Sunday afternoon, and I'm hoping I somehow learn to skate between now and then.
