I am a little bit nocturnal again.  I tried to avoid it, but I'm so bad at falling asleep and equally terrible at waking up.  Part of the problem is that is typically doesn't matter.  If I wake up late, I just work later.  I typically go work out during the day when it's light out anyway.  BUT, if I ever have to get up, it's going to be ugly.  Tomorrow I am getting up at 10.  I swear.  I have 2 alarms set.  Of course I tried this morning too, and just snoozed every fifteen minutes until about noon - which would give me the 8 hours of sleep I seem to be unable to function without.  Yikes.
I really am going to try to wake up tomorrow because last time I turned nocturnal, it just got worse and worse.  Eventually I stayed up all night and all day to get back to 'normal'. 
I have an early frisbee game on Sunday (I'll have to leave by 11), but maybe I can just get up tomorrow and be done with it.
