Pay Attention

The other week, I had a day at work that was basically eight hours of phone calls. At one point I had to call back this same number of few times, and I spaced out while I was navigating their automatic system. I thought, "crap, I didn't listed to any of those options....maybe I should just press 1. okay, fine, I'll press # and hear the stupid options again....." I listed again, and the first option was "press 1 to report a natural gas emergency".
