It's been 9 days since my last blog. At the moment I am very tired, and therefore blissfully ignorant of my own sins in the last 9 days. I'm pretty sure they are in the "I drank milk straight from the container" level of severity.
Really I've just upped the level of amount that I am doing and intensity, and I have my hands full.
