I'm always trying to balance workouts, sleep, energy level, getting enough protein, getting enough iron - all that stuff. Who doesn't? Throw in a metabolism change that will start Monday - yikes.
I'm currently on 137.5s. I need to switch to 150s four times and week and 137.5s four times a week. I have to say, the chances of me getting this right are not great. Obviously I'm going to try, but I can see this deteriorating into combining them both in one bottle and winging it.
Hopefully the increased dose will give me a bit more energy?

Yup, I can definitely see that being a problem. First obstacle is going to be figuring out how to get that 8th day of the week inserted in there.
