Skipping



Man I'm tired again tonight. I had a great workout today though - weights and skipping. The skipping went really well. It's such awesomely hard work. :) Check out my couple of "misses". I always do this with skipping workouts. Just when I feel really coordinated, I whip the (heavy bastard of a) rope into my calves or back. Worth it.
