Self Shots

Taking photos of myself while holding the camera has never been a skill of mine.  By skill, here I mean something that I am halfway adequate at.  Thankfully Jo is good at it, which really doesn't make any sense when you consider the relative length of our arms.  Since I was on my own the coast, I just did what I could.  Here are the results.

Using two hands (Lynn Canyon).  Not bad.

Up here Adams.  Adams? (Lynn Canyon)

Sure I cut half my head off, but I didn't fall off the railing I'm sitting on.  Pass.  (Lynn Canyon)

If you notice I am wearing that sweater a lot (always), see my post on packing.  (Shannon Falls)

Uh....concentrating a bit too hard? (Lighhouse Park)

Why I am making my "this is hard" face?  Probably because I know I struggle with this.  Smile!  (Sea-to-Sky Highway)

Not a true self shot.  Included because I can't help but notice that I am still wearing my helmet.  The whole hour in the Japanese Gardens.  Safety first?

Getting better?  (near Tillamook, Oregon)

And my favorite: "Oh my god, is that a bear over there?"  Okay, so that's not what I was thinking.  What WAS I thinking?

I am familiar with that last face shot. You're not thinking anything, you're just.......concentrating.

Most often that face is followed closely with drool.

Just kidding ;)
