Food



I admit, this is the least creative blog title I have some up with in a while - sorry.  Since cutting out meat, I've been trying to keep it interesting.  Eating veggie food is great.  It's also been good that it has forced to try new things and mix it up a bit.  Here are just a couple of examples.

The first pic was last night's dinner: quinoa with lentils (both cooked in veggie stock), with broccoli, eggplant, enoki mushrooms and tofu.  A tiny bit of extra sauce from cooking the tofu - something garlic-y?  I forget.

The next one - fake sushi!  It's seaweed (obviously), sushi rice (with a few drops of sesame oil), avocado or cucumber and tuna.
