I like collecting things to use as bookmarks from my travels. I have tickets to venues that I thought were fantastic, and business cards from memorable restaurants. There are plastic hotel keys that somehow ended up coming home with me. The Pecoff Gallery card. Ticket to the Empire State Building. An ever-growing collection of hospital cards. Often I have more than one book on the go.
Today, I remended myself to pull something from my little collection. I found myself keeping my place in a Margaret Atwood book with a spoon.
